The Path to Membership
Membership in THE ASSIGNED is earned through the completion of Formation. Formation is a four day, in-person training where trainees complete a series of activities to dismantle strongholds and come into agreement with the truths of God about who they are and what they carry.

THE POSTURE PHASE
DAY 1
In this first phase, you’ll quiet the noise, release performance, and posture yourself to hear God clearly. Through worship and prophetic insight, your heart will be softened, your spirit will be awakened, and your soul will realign with Heaven’s agenda.
Enter into a posture of humility and spiritual sensitivity
Receive prophetic instruction that disrupts distraction and doubt
Yield striving, perfectionism, and pressure in exchange for presence
THE POSITION PHASE
DAY 2
During this second phase, you’ll be reestablished in your identity—not as a hustler or high-achiever, but as a daughter and citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. You’ll unlearn cultural conditioning and worldly measurements so you can lead in the marketplace from a place of inheritance, not performance.
Stand confidently in your position as God’s daughter and legal heir
Detach from titles, outcomes, and public perception
Learn to possess what’s promised instead of performing to earn it
THE POWER PHASE
DAY 3
In the third phase, you’ll be trained in spiritual self-governance and emotional mastery. You’ll develop the habits, rhythms, and internal leadership required to sustain the weight of your calling without burnout or self-sabotage.

Shift from pressure to peace—rest becomes your new strategy
Develop the character needed to carry influence with integrity
THE PROVISION PHASE
In this final phase, you’ll be equipped to steward and multiply what God has placed in your hands. You’ll learn how to manage Kingdom resources—financial, relational, and spiritual with excellence, alignment, and impact.
