The Five Keys
Our Five Keys form the foundation of this discipleship journey, developing the identity, understanding, character, and capacity necessary to live, lead, and build in full alignment with God's will. These keys are not stages to complete, but principles to continually live by as we mature in Christ and steward what He has entrusted to us.
Life together
What Membership Looks Like
Through intentional biblical teaching, meaningful fellowship, and shared learning, THE ASSIGNED are continually strengthened, challenged, and developed to remain rooted in Christ as their influence, impact, and income increase.
The Refinery
The Refinery is our monthly discipleship space for teaching and applying The Five Keys. Attendance is a membership requirement because what we learn and practice together shapes how we live, lead, and steward what God has entrusted to us.
The Well
The Well is our monthly space to sit and be filled by one another. We share the challenges we’re facing and make room for refreshment and restoration.
Fireside Reads
Each quarter, we read and discuss a book that supports our discipleship and helps us put The Five Keys into practice.
Admissions
The Path to Membership
The path to membership gives you and our Admissions Team space to discern whether this is where you’re called to be discipled. Training at THE ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE prepares you for the ongoing discipleship you’ll walk out alongside other members.
- Application. Submit your application to share more about your faith, your marketplace assignment, and your interest in being discipled.
- Interview. Meet with the Admissions Team to discern whether THE ASSIGNED is where you’re called to be discipled.
- Enrollment. If invited after your interview, complete enrollment to confirm your place.
- Training. Attend THE ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE, our live training in Atlanta, GA, in November 2027.
- Discipleship. Continue growing alongside other members through The Refinery and our other discipleship programs.

Minister Ashlee Record is a licensed minister of the Gospel, visionary leader, Kingdom Business Strategist, wife, mother, and teacher whose life is anchored in wholehearted surrender to Jesus Christ.
A pioneer by calling and a builder by assignment, she carries a deep conviction for biblical truth, authentic discipleship, and the advancement of God's Kingdom in every sphere of influence. Her life reflects a commitment to obeying God beyond the familiar, leading with conviction, and building according to His instructions rather than the world's expectations.
As the founder and Visionary Commander of THE ASSIGNED™, Ashlee carries a God-given mandate to disciple women called to pioneer, innovate, and transform their industries while remaining firmly rooted in their identity in Christ.

What is THE ASSIGNED?
THE ASSIGNED is a discipleship and leadership organization for Christian women who have been entrusted by God with influence in the marketplace.
This is where women who have been assigned to shift industries, impact generations, and steward significant resources are trained, refined, and disciplined to carry that responsibility God’s way.
We don’t build businesses here.We build the woman who has been trusted with the assignment.
Who are THE ASSIGNED?
THE ASSIGNED are God’s Business Women—visionaries, trailblazers, and innovators sent to disrupt systems and establish new systems, procedures, and/or policies in their industries.
They carry ideas, solutions, and strategies that create impact far beyond their lifetime.
They are called to impact millions because of the scale of their assignment.They are called to earn millions because their wealth has an assignment attached to it.
They don’t become this.It’s who they are.
Do I need to have a business to join?
No.
But you must carry a clear, specific vision from God that is meant to create impact beyond your immediate environment and extend across industries, communities, or generations.
Your vision should not be limited to a single location or moment. It carries the weight of transformation that can reach people, systems, or structures at scale.
It moves through the marketplace to impact the world.
That level of vision is the marker
Will I learn business strategy here?
No.
THE ASSIGNED does not train you in business strategy.It trains you to become the woman who can steward what God has already placed in you.Business strategy is available to you through 127 Academy, led by Ashlee Record, our Visionary Commander.
How is THE ASSIGNED different from other Christian business communities?
THE ASSIGNED is not for every Christian woman in business.
All of God’s Business Women have instruction for their business.THE ASSIGNED carry vision that reshapes how their industry operates.
They are not simply building within existing systems—they have been entrusted with ideas, frameworks, and approaches that introduce a new standard.
Their businesses are the vehicle, but the impact extends beyond the business itself—into industries, communities, and generations.

What will we work on together?
Our gatherings focus on identity in Christ, leadership under His authority, partnership, and faithful stewardship in life and the marketplace.
What happens after THE ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE?
Discipleship is ongoing, including required monthly participation in The Refinery. Admissions can explain how the Experience or Formation fits into the current intake process.
